JESUS ROSE BUT DIDN’T IMMEDIATELY ASCEND? The 40 days of Kingdom teaching before the Spirit came.

Did you know that after Yeshua (Jesus) rose from the dead that He didn’t immediately ascend to heaven?

Listen to what Acts 1:3 records, “After His suffering, He (Yeshua) presented Himself alive to them (the disciples) by many convincing proofs, appearing to them over a period of forty days and speaking about the Kingdom of God.”

 

Why does Acts 1 tell us that Yeshua remained on earth for 40 days after His resurrection? Wasn’t His mission finished? I thought He was supposed to go to the cross, rise from the dead, and then immediately ascend to the Father? Let's talk about it.
